I want to mention that this is my experience and my experience only with doing keto for about a year. I want to share because there are so many different types of keto. I have only done the no processed foods, no glorified meats and the non-sugar keto diet, which can be referred to as true keto. Other forms of keto are dirty keto, keto-tarian and so on. Now, if you look up the word diet to most, it means losing weight. But in actuality, it just means the way you are currently eating. Like a bunny has a diet of vegetables, mainly like a cow, but a dog or cat has a diet of meats, some grains and veg etc. Most western society has a diet of fast foods, over-processed foods and refined sugars.

We can't answer these questions because we usually don't know what we eat.
Below is what meals and snacks would look like for me while doing true keto.
EGGS
GREENS (anything thing that was a green vegetable I would eat)
AVOCADO
SOURCREAM
CREAM
OLIVE OIL
GHEE
SALMON
ALMOND MILK
CHICKEN BREAST
TURKEY BREAST
TUNA (or canned)
COFFEE
NUTS & SEEDS
HERBS
LEMON
OILS to have on hand to add in and cook with.
High Heat Oils
Coconut oil (solid or liquid)
Ghee
Avocado oil
Raw Oils
MCT
Olive oil
These oils are all I always have on hand. The amount I use when cooking is around 1tsp.
Let's start with Breakfast Idea options:
EGGS PICK YOUR TYPE

I would sauté greens with herbs, oil and spices anytime I had eggs.
I stuck to an essential clean keto diet. As pure as i could get. You could go cleaner by taking out the dairy. Some do eat meat and veg. You're golden if you can eat as clean as this with no carbs or processed sugars. Your hormones and body fat count would be remarkable.
Id also likes to add that i wouldn't be surprised if any ailments or illnesses you had cleaned themselves up. When we give the body time and an opportunity not to work hard and filter out all the junk we put in, the body can naturally focus on healing, just like it's designed to do.
So many have this belief that we need carbs to survive. If it's artificial, i say we don't; if we can eat as they did thousands of years ago, what mother nature provides and offers us, the human race would be far more advanced and healthier. Remember, this is just my opinion, i know as humans, though, we like to complicate life. To live a simple life can be hard to believe. We are our own worst enemy when it comes to western diets and lifestyles.
Keto can teach you a few things, though, in my opinion, saving money by not purchasing packaged goods which can get expensive, including any marked keto. We know that if it were made in a lab by a guy in a white jacket, you'd eventually be paying a visit to a guy in a white coat.
It will teach you to live life more simply and tone down lousy eating habits. It will keep you disciplined and on track. This way of being would eventually happen in all areas of your life. You begin to see the importance of intentionally eating and living out your daily life intentionally. It's a win-win.
Eating this way gives you a focused mind, the fog lifts, and you start to see a better way of life. Even if you don't continue as hardcore, there are some lessons you will learn that will stick with you forever.
The Drinks below are not something i had during my training as a bikini competitor. However, these drinks are something i would consider on a typical day in my life.

Choco-latte
- almond milk or water (depends on how thick you like it)
- ice
- almond butter or any nut butter
- unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 shot of espresso or cooled coffee (optional)
-hemp, chia seed, unsweetened coconut or raw cocoa nibs to top it.

Avo-Licious
-unsweetened almond milk
- squeeze of lemon juice
- half Avocado
- hemp seeds
- a splash of vanilla extract
- a dollop of plain Greek yogurt (optional)

Berry-me-some-goodness
-a dollop of plain whole fat Greek yogurt
-frozen blue, rasp or blackberries
-spinach leaves
-your choice (dairy, coconut, soy, almond)
-1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Please, with these breakfast smoothies, be creative yourself. If there is something you don't like, then make the change. Just stick to the keto way, low carb NO sugar.
