My Story

My name is Katrina, and I am the founder of Love Life & Living Free. I started this blog because I love to write about things I have experienced in life and share them in the hopes that they may help or inspire someone else along the way. Since my weight loss journey of losing over 90 pounds, I would get asked how I did it and when it started. It all started years ago. Since then, I have attracted a few hundred like-minded souls by telling my stories. I have a passion for helping others in all facets of life, not just in weight loss but anything to do with life and anything to do with just being a woman of this century, like how i moved across the country. So I thought, why not create something people can go to in their free time whenever they feel like they need some personal direction, inspiration or tips.

 

I am excited to have a platform like this to express and write. After all, 45 years of being on this earth means I have been through a few things; we are all just having that, an experience and one i am happy to share with you.

 

It may help "YOU" get through some of your struggles wherever you happen to be in this moment, young or old.

 

This site is not a one-stop-shop, so you know! It's packed with many things, and maybe, just maybe, it will direct you to lead a more fulfilling and free life that you deserve.
