HOUSE CLEANING 

My flat rates are subject to the property being under 3,000 square feet and in a state of regular maintenance and repair. If the property is over 3,000 sq. feet, has not been professionally cleaned nor maintained by the occupant, or is in a post-renovated or post-construction state and overall deemed to be in bad condition by our cleaners, I will advise you before starting the work that we need to switch to an hourly rate of $50/hour per maid with a minimum of 2 hours.

 

A 2-hour minimum booking is recommended for regular house cleans;  however, sometimes 1 hour is all that is needed. If this is the case, then the rate for 1 hour will be $50.

$35/hr-Residential ( Maintenace clean min 2 hours )

$40/hr-Offices

$50/hr-Deep Cleans/Move in-Move Outs / or 1-hour clean service only

 THE GRIT CLEAN 
 For clients who have never used a cleaning service or it's been at least 3-6 months. This cleaning allows me to get into hard-to-reach areas, not the typical ones cleaned with just The Basics. 
MOVE IN / MOVE OUT CLEANING
THE THOROUGH  
You are moving in or out, selling your home or at the end of your rental lease.
The final thorough clean. I also offer to help transition from home to home call for more details.

My Story

My name is Katrina, and I am the founder of Love Life & Living Free. I started this blog because I love to write about things I have experienced in life and share them in the hopes that they may help or inspire someone else along the way. Since my weight loss journey of losing over 90 pounds, I would get asked how I did it and when it started. It all started years ago. Since then, I have attracted a few hundred like-minded souls by telling my stories. I have a passion for helping others in all facets of life, not just in weight loss but anything to do with life and anything to do with just being a woman of this century, like how i moved across the country. So I thought, why not create something people can go to in their free time whenever they feel like they need some personal direction, inspiration or tips.

 

I am excited to have a platform like this to express and write. After all, 45 years of being on this earth means I have been through a few things; we are all just having that, an experience and one i am happy to share with you.
