Three Steps On How To Love The Right Kinds Of Food
I will be honest, but this will take some time, especially if you haven't been eating healthier foods in a while. We have to retrain our taste buds to start to enjoy the right kinds of foods. Don't worry; this won't be torturous; it will be a process, though, and one that may take some time; as long as you are willing to jump on this bandwagon with both feet, you should be successful.

Here are three steps to help you achieve this.

1. Make a grocery list. Yes, don't go to the store without one. You will buy whatever looks good in front of you and buy things you don't need. Did you know you have trained yourself when shopping, like grabbing impulse purchases?  Having a list helps a written one, "not a phone one," you will stick to what you need and only what you need. Make a promise that you will not get anything other than what is on the list. You have to commit to making a list at least for 30 days. That means you cannot shop unless you have a list. Also, a pro-tip "don't shop hungry."

2. Cooking "Love" is the energy you put into your meals. This is your new mantra, so don't cook anything if you are mad or upset. This will make all the difference. You are working with fresh foods and incorporating the foods you already like.  Here's a tip! If you find when you're in the grocery store looking at many labels, reconsider what you are about to purchase. You don't have to be a master at learning how to read a brand; that's just marketing and gimmicky stuff. "Real Food," like fruits and vegetables, doesn't have titles.

3. Disguise It If you first have to blend and mix vegetables into whatever you are eating, then that is what you will have to do. This works great for kids too. You can even play a game at the dinner table to guess the disguised vegetable.

Everything above can relate to loving your home and creating a living space you can respect and enjoy. The environment is everything—even the setting of your cupboards and fridge. Everything speaks a language.

What language are your pantry and kitchen speaking to you? Leave a comment and let me know i would love to hear from you.
My Story

My name is Katrina, and I am the founder of Love Life & Living Free. I started this blog because I love to write about things I have experienced in life and share them in the hopes that they may help or inspire someone else along the way. Since my weight loss journey of losing over 90 pounds, I would get asked how I did it and when it started. It all started years ago. Since then, I have attracted a few hundred like-minded souls by telling my stories. I have a passion for helping others in all facets of life, not just in weight loss but anything to do with life and anything to do with just being a woman of this century, like how i moved across the country. So I thought, why not create something people can go to in their free time whenever they feel like they need some personal direction, inspiration or tips.

I am excited to have a platform like this to express and write. After all, 45 years of being on this earth means I have been through a few things; we are all just having that, an experience and one i am happy to share with you.

It may help "YOU" get through some of your struggles wherever you happen to be in this moment, young or old.

This site is not a one-stop-shop, so you know! It's packed with many things, and maybe, just maybe, it will direct you to lead a more fulfilling and free life that you deserve.

You can Live Free and, of course, Love life today.
