BRING YOUR BODY WITH YOU!

Want to have a productive day? Here’s how.

By bringing your body with you!

Weird, right? From what I observe, most leave their bodies at home. They run errands, go to work, visit family and friends, and even take a walk; whatever it is, make sure to bring your body with you!

Let me explain.

I’ve been obsessed with anything to do with mental health over the last few years. Since awakening to the idea that what I use to believe and think isn’t really real, and now I often find myself going down the rabbit hole and observing what I’ve learned.

Most of what I observe is disassociation or projection. And if you’ve seen lots of my posts, you know I’m a big projector.

Most of the stuff I write about is for myself, really, but it may also trigger something within you, so the lesson is for both of us.

Why do I say when you leave your home, bring your body? It’s because our body speaks to us all the time, and if it’s not with you, how are you supposed to make the best decisions and keep yourself safe?

For instance, it tells us when we are hungry or tired.  If we are not entirely in our bodies, we may not notice these signals until they get very loud and shout at us.

I have a friend who won’t realize she’s hungry until her blood sugar drops, and she becomes irritable and frustrated, leaving her hangry and then acting like a crazy person to find something healthy to eat. This then leads to a completely other problem, which is grabbing for things that are unhealthy and that you usually wouldn’t grab for.

The more we are in our body, the more our body can whisper to us instead of having to shout.  Hint hint, when a disease manifests it’s because for a very long time we didn’t listen to the alarms.

When we are entirely in our bodies, our bodies can whisper to us about many more things than just hunger or tiredness.

This is where it gets exciting, and it’s my favourite part because it has to do with what is happening around you in your environment and the people you encounter daily.

My life has become much easier since recognizing these little whispers my body intuitively gives me.

Whether to decide at the moment if what I choose is right for me or who’s around me, if I am safe or not. Making the right decisions can delay having to go down a path of misery.

Being a single woman, it is crucial to tap into my body to feel my intuition as often as I can.

Our bodies become increasingly able to inform us about other needs, feelings, inspirations and intuitions from within us.

We also become increasingly able to hear what our bodies are sensing around us, in our environment, much as animals and children often seem to have a “sixth sense” about what is going on around them. Ask the Mooncake. She knows when the raccoons are in the yard way before I do.

When we know how to listen to the whispers of our body, our bodies can be a means by which we tune in to a very subtle level of perception that is natural to all of us.

This is excellent news; it’s a built-in program, but unfortunately, it often goes unused.

With all the changes and things happening in the world, tapping into this part of ourselves (our bodies) means life or death.

What keeps us from being fully in our bodies?

Why aren’t we in them all the time?

There may be many reasons.  One is the simple habit of being distracted by our involvement in the outside world.

Being too busy to notice how we feel, rather than just what we’re doing right now, contributes to not being in our bodies.

“Bodies first, Minds later.”

Am I a human being or a human doing?

Sometimes, we very clearly do not want to notice what we are feeling; what’s happening inside us may be traumatic, painful, brings up old feeling that we can distinguish between or just inconvenient and uncomfortable.

It may be taboo, i.e. not what we think we should feel, this could be very old programming from when you’re a kid.  It may just be puzzling and make us feel different from others, and so we would rather not deal with it.

This is where I say, let’s not do that anymore.

Let’s practise this when we leave the house, “we bring our bodies with us.”

Here’s an example if I go on a date, the part of my body that I used to interact with him will give me all the downloads and right info I need to make rational decisions. If I go on a date and leave it up to my monkey mind, the date often turns into an interview and my ego will often get in the way.

We are energy beings. Use your bodies energy to navigate your day and get what you desire.

It takes practice, and lots of things come up. Just be aware and recognize it. You don’t necessarily have to act on it right away, but the more you do this, the easier it will be, and eventually, you will work on it.

If you’re a biologically born woman, you have this gift naturally to be intuitive to your body and surroundings. It means survival.

That’s my rant or message to think about. Try it today. Lead with parts of your body and feel into it. Don’t just let the mind do the work because the information could come from an place in the mind with old programming that no longer serves you. It’s time to meta-update and live the life you truly desire.

Cheers

My Story

My name is Katrina, and I am the founder of Love Life & Living Free. I started this blog because I love to write about things I have experienced in life and share them in the hopes that they may help or inspire someone else along the way. Since my weight loss journey of losing over 90 pounds, I would get asked how I did it and when it started. It all started years ago. Since then, I have attracted a few hundred like-minded souls by telling my stories. I have a passion for helping others in all facets of life, not just in weight loss but anything to do with life and anything to do with just being a woman of this century, like how i moved across the country. So I thought, why not create something people can go to in their free time whenever they feel like they need some personal direction, inspiration or tips.

I am excited to have a platform like this to express and write. After all, 45 years of being on this earth means I have been through a few things; we are all just having that, an experience and one i am happy to share with you.

It may help "YOU" get through some of your struggles wherever you happen to be in this moment, young or old.

This site is not a one-stop-shop, so you know! It's packed with many things, and maybe, just maybe, it will direct you to lead a more fulfilling and free life that you deserve.

You can Live Free and, of course, Love life today.
