HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

If you're here congrats!
This is great news, you made the first effort in bettering your life. I say this because losing weight is no easy task.
I have 3 things for you to do that's it and if you do these 3 things for the next 6 months even after a few weeks will be life changing.
Also these 2 words discipline and consistency must come into your consciousness.
Make this your mantra: I have the discipline and consistency to do what it takes to get me to where i want to be.
Here are the 3 things:
Calorie Deficit by 30 % of what you're eating now. Use the BMI calculator below to find out BMI resting meaning you being a couch potato not an athlete.
2. 16/8 window for intermittent fasting. Find your time slot for eating depending on your work schedule and what will fit in your life. An example is 12 pm to 8 pm this is your eating window. The other times in the 24 hours which is 16 hours you're not eating. sip on herbal teas and other non sugary liquids.
3. !0,000 steps a day minimum. Get some kind of tracker. A fitbit, apple watch, etc.
Thats it really. Unless your trying to build muscle for competing or you're entering something that requires more from you. If all you do is the 3 things above you will be ok.
