HOW TO REWRITE YOUR STORY!

BECOME YOUR FAVOURITE SELF!
I believe that the changing of the leaves in the fall is also within us to make change. Staying the same all year, I believe it can make for some challenging and unwanted hard and sad days as well as to our overall well-being.
Creating the idea to reinvent ourselves every season, why not?
So, what are some things that you would like to change about yourself?
I'll try to keep this short and sweet. The attention span most of us have is short.
The first question I guess to ask yourself would be, have you been getting the nudge to change and the desire with in your heart to want to change?
What version on the female spectrum has been calling to you?
What's your favourite self? What does it feel like?
What physical, mental and spiritual change have you been craving to see with in yourself?
Well, now's the time with the new season upon us; we get permission to do the changes we've wanted. Mother nature takes full advantage and she has made it her mission to show us this year in and year out. So now we just expect it. If she can do it why not us. Maybe you never even thought about it until you're reading this blog. Welcome to the new you. The thought has been planted and brought to consciousness. This is your permission to make all the changes necessary to love life and start living free.
Just answering the few questions above can start the ball rolling. My best advice is if you do this, keep the ball moving to achieve the success you want on seeing a new version of yourself. It won't be easy, well, some of it won't be. Changing who you've been for as long as you can remember will probably be one of the biggest challenges you've taken on.
Before I end this blog, if you've made it this far, good things are coming. I say that because you've taken the time to read through this to see what you need to do to change, and that in itself is the change you needed already.
Lastly, how will you know the change is working?
Because all the things before that were causing stress, giving no results and leaving you feeling empty will all be gone. Also the change happens the second you don't do the old thing anymore.
If your life stays in misery and unfulfilled, the changes aren't sticking. Please return to the drawing board to see what you desire for yourself, make it stick, and be observant of your choices. Please don't stop until it's where or what you want. Don't go back to old habits when you feel uncomfortable. This is also a clue that things are changing for you. If the habit of eating when you're stressed pops up, do something different, like read a page in a book, do a push up, or a sit up this will feel weird at first, but this will be the change.
Tips I can give you to start. Change your environment and then change who you're around that no longer serves you; that's when you'll change your life.
If you need help, I can help guide you in the right direction. Sometimes, we have blind spots and having someone else to bounce things off of and steer the ship in the right direction makes things easier and sends you on a fast-track to what you want.
